MAKKA/ SWEET CORN

Drizzle rainy season, it is not possible to eat corn in a drizzle of rain… be it roasted country corn or American corn cooked in steam… both have their own fun. They are not only fun to taste, but also have health benefits.

First of all, the elders must feed corn to the children as well as it makes their teeth strong.

7 Corn is considered very beneficial for the development of children. Grind fresh milky (which is not fully ripe) corn kernels and fill it in an empty vial and keep it in the sun. When its milk dries up and only oil remains in the vial, filter it. Massage this oil on the feet of the children. Due to this, the legs of the children will be stronger and the child will start walking faster.

8 By drinking this oil, the body becomes powerful. Drinking a spoonful of oil mixed with sugar syrup every day increases strength. Boil fresh corn cob in water, filter that water and mix sugar candy and drink it, burning of urine and weakness of the kidneys ends.

Maize is very beneficial for 9 TB patients. TB patients or those who are suspected of getting TB should eat corn bread every day. This will be beneficial in the treatment of TB.

10. The hair of maize (silk) is used in the treatment of stone diseases. To prevent stones, soaking silk in water overnight and drinking water after removing the silk in the morning is beneficial. In the treatment of stones, a decoction made by boiling silk in water is used.

11 If corn flour is used in place of wheat flour, then it is more beneficial for the liver. It is full of fiber in abundance, so eating it keeps the stomach good. This removes the possibility of constipation, piles and colon cancer.

A lot of magnesium, iron, copper and phosphorous are found in the yellow grains of corn, which makes bones strong. To overcome anemia, corn should be eaten as it contains vitamin B and folic acid.

Corn starch is also used for itching. At the same time, its beauty benefits are also no less. The use of its starch makes the skin beautiful and smooth.
