Eggplant is not good for long term storage. Hence, consume within a few days and keep in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
The inner white flesh browns quickly after it’s cut, so refrigerate them as soon as you cut them or by placing the remainder on a bowl or plate, but avoid sealing, as this increases decay.
